1.2 Create Profile

The initial profile creation will consist of your filling in the required information below and then clicking on the Register button.

You must fill in First name, Last name, and the Email address fields to complete the registration process.

After filling in the required fields and clicking on the Register button you will receive a message that looks like the following.

The system will store your information and send you a mail using the information provided that contains a temporary password that you can use to log on to the Bill Payment system one time.
