5.6.2 Admin Email and Text Message

The admin email and text messages are mails and messages that will be sent to you the administrator as notifications of customer requests or issues that have occurred within the system.

Within each of the message categories set up for your installation. It is possible for you to change the wording of the message as well as the formatting of the message. The use of some simple HTML tags can easily modify how the messages look.

This section covers the available message templates that are included in the online bill payment system. There are two groups of default templates available within the admin messages framework:
