5.3.1 Add New Fee

The Add New Fee is the default view displayed when you first select the Fees tab. This allows you to create a custom fee that you can have applied your customers bills when they use the Online Bill Payment system.

As an example, to create an afterhours fee for a service you would fill out the form as below where you have a description of the fee that is to be charged followed by what the receipt would show next to the charge. The Payment Code would be established in Cash Collections for an afterhours fee. The Fee Text would be what was displayed to the customer in the Application when they are requesting service after hours .
