5.1.2 Customer Removal

The Customer Removal box will allow you to set a retention limit that customers accounts in the Online Bill Payment system will be maintained after the customer has stopped logging on to the system.

Note: This is in months, in the example it is set for 5 years or 60 months.

You also have the option to always keep the history of your eBill customers by clicking on the checkbox next to Always Keep eBill Customers.
