4.5.1 Basic

The Basic section allows you to set four options:

Allowed Payment Amount

Using the dropdown box choose:

• Any Amount
• Full Balance Or Less
• Only Full Balance
• Due Now or Less
• Only Due Now

Allowed Bad Checks Before eCheck Block

Set this to the number of bad checks your site will accept before blocking the account from making payments with eChecks.

Use Districts

This is used for some locations that have separate districts that will process the accounts. Do not check this value unless you know that your site uses districts.

Fee Calculated by Item

This allow the fees to be paid to be calculated per item instead of using a total to calculate fees to be charged.
