4.4.1 Basic Options

For Service Application bills the Basic tab allows you to make the bill active on your site, set the description and receipt description. You can also set it to be available for different locations such as web or phone and if the customer can use QuickPay or Text as a means of payment.

In the example of a Service Application below you can see that it is not currently active, and it will only be available to registered users within the web application to make payments on service Applications once it has been activated.
