4.2.2.1 Data Entry Fields
There are four areas within the Data Entry Fields box:
- Number
- Name
- Address
- Other
Each area provides a means of setting a custom label
that will make it easier for your customers to
understand what is going to be placed in the field.
You can expand on the example to make it clearer for
your customers what they should be typing into the
field. You can create custom help text to assist your
customers with filling in the field. For each field
there are Use and Require checkboxes that can be set.
The Use checkbox, will have the system use the field.
The Require checkbox, will ensure that the field is
filled in by the customer or they will not be able to
proceed past the screen.
