4.1.3.1 Lookup Options

The Lookup Options section allows you to select from four different lookup types:

Account and Tenant

Allows the customer to look up available bills by using their current Account Number and Tenant Number from their current bill.

Account and Tenant Or Old Account

Allows the customer to link their Online Bill Payment account by using their Account Number and Tenant Number from their current bill or by using an old format Account Number.

Old Account

Allows the customer the ability to link their Online Bill Payment account with an account using an account number format other than that used by Logics.

Account Only

Allows the customer the ability to link their Online Bill Payment account with an account using the account number only.

The Sample image gives you the opportunity to upload an image of a sample bill file that can be used to assist your customers in finding the account and tenant numbers on their bills.

The Use PIN checkbox will if checked require the use of a personal information number to further identify the customer. This number is generally printed on the customer's bill.

The Lookup Type dropdown box is used to select the lookup method your customers will use to find their account number. Most customers will use the Account and Tenant lookup type.
