Customers

The Notifications and Alerts is broken up into three sections.

Bill Ready: Allows you to set up a notification that can be sent to customers about their Bill being ready.
Bill Reminder: Sets up a reminder that will notify either all customers or only eBill customers that their bill will be ready in a specified number of days. The Bill reminder section also gives you the opportunity to exclude certain types of customers from the notification like those who have setup automatic payments or those who use bank drafts to pay their bills.
Alerts: This section sets the alert notices so that customers will be notified if any of the listed activities occur. This includes sending alerts for payments being posted, the customer is put into Cut Off status, or the customer's usage exceeds expected by a specified amount.
