4 Bills

The Bills tab will bring up an overview of the current Bills, payment types, and links that are configured for the client. To see additional options of what you can do click on any of the rows in the chart below and the configuration tabs will be displayed above the grid as in the image below.

There are four types of bills that can be managed through the Bill tab they are:

Utility

Water, Sewer, Gas, and Electric

Invoice

Any kind of invoiceable charge

Service Application

Service Application fees for start of service.

Miscellaneous

An example would be parking tickets

The options from the bill tab once a bill has been chosen are:

Basic

Allows for the configuration of bills to be paid in the system.

Payment

Allows you to set up amounts and types of payments what will be permitted for each type of bill in the system.

Link

Provides a means of configuring how your customers will link their bills to their Online Bill Payment accounts.

Automatic Payment

Lets you configure if automatic payments will be permitted for the type of bill chosen.

Reconnect^[1]

Set the days for regular reconnects to be performed and if the reconnect can only occur during business hours. This is in calendar format for easy addition of holidays and special dates.

Usage Labels^[1]

Allows you to change the displayed label for the type of bill.

Pdf Inserts^[1]

Provides a means of uploading a PDF file that can be uses for as an insert for the utility bill.
