2.4 Change Customer Information

This page will allow you to make changes to the customers First or Last name. It also provides you the means to change the registered email address [1] for the Online Bill Payment system.

You may also change or add a Mobile Phone number which may be used in the future for text messages. [2]

Change Customer Username

[1] Once the username has been changed the customer will not be able to login to the system with the old username, email address.

[2] Text messaging is not available at this time.
